Oh.

You had me at Am. :)

Thoughts going through my mind.

Friends are like the food of life. There are kinds of food that you could tolerate just to survive, but then there are the delicious, tasty, dishes that you get hard core cravings for and nothing seems right until you have what you want in your heart.
Same with people. Sure, you can live in a place without putting down any roots and you could get on with your life no problems. In fact, it could even be easier to manage and more organized in a lot of ways. BUT BORING!!!!
With the kind of friends that I have met over the years, this takes life to just a whole new spectrum of colours and sounds and laughter and tears and joy and sometimes, heartache. But that’s the kind of life I want to be living. Life is messy.
The miracles of human beings that I have the honour of calling my friends. England. Korea. New Zealand. America.Japan. Hong Kong.
So today I’m thinking of you.  And I’m so glad you are in my life.

I thank God that I know you.

Getting to know you

Getting to know you.

Getting to know all about you.

Getting to like you.

Getting to hope you like me.

This week we are looking at memory erasure. Kicking it off with this fascinating  article by Jonah Lehrer about the invention of a “forgetting pill” that would “nuke” the bad memories, while leaving the rest of your memory intact.
P.S. - Don’t forget to join us this Friday night for our Cabaret Cinema screening of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Friday at 9:30 p.m.,  free with $7 bar minimum.
